First step in developing your career plan and exploring your career options is to gain a solid understanding of self. Assessments can lead you to a good job and career match.
When it comes to planning your career, there are many pathways available to you. Typical self-assessment will ask you about what you like, what you don’t like, what you enjoy, what is important to you professionally and personally, what skills you possess, and what are your strengths and weaknesses. Requires answering basic self-reflecting questions.

As you progress through college, gain experiences outside the classroom. Experience helps retain what you learn in classrooms, and work experience is the crucial attribute that employers want. Employers want to know that you can transition from student to professional.
Using Get Job Ready, you can easily report your job search status to your placement office. Not just when it comes to your full-time job search, but you can also report your in-college job search (e.g. internship, part-time job, volunteer position).
